Proactive by design

We feel the wall
before you do.

Overreach and fatigue surface in your numbers days before they reach your legs. Klivet moves your week while the fix is still one easy run — not one lost month.

Your legs are the last to know.

The gap

Every running app
looks the wrong way.

Your feed looks backward. Your training plan can't see you. Somewhere between the two, your body is quietly deciding how Thursday will go.

Your feed

Tells you what happened

Kudos, splits, history. A rear-view mirror — beautiful, and always one run too late.

Your plan

Tells you what to do

Orders without reasons, written weeks ago for a body it has never met. It can't see that you slept four hours.

Klivet

Tells you what's coming

Reads your physiology every morning and warns you before your body does. Then it tells you why — in plain language.

Inside Klivet

One verdict.
Every morning.

Not forty charts. Not a cockpit you need a sports-science degree to fly. Klivet weighs your HRV, sleep and training load into one clear call before you've laced up — decision first, data underneath.

The data was always there.
Nobody was reading it.

The morning verdict

Green light, easy day, or hold. One decision, backed by your own numbers — before your first coffee is done.

Warnings before the wall

Overreach shows in your numbers days before it shows in your legs. Klivet flags the drift while it's still cheap to fix.

Watch says: easy run Klivet says: threshold session → recovery adjusted

Every run, understood

Your watch labels the run you planned. Klivet classifies the run you actually did — and re-plans around the truth.

Why easy today? I feel fine.
Your HRV says otherwise — three mornings trending down while load climbed.
Easy 40 today buys you Thursday's intervals at full power. Trust the step.

Plain language, always

Decoupling, form, zone drift — narrated like a coach who knows you, never like a lab report. Ask why, get an answer.

Seven mornings.
Seven decisions.

Mon

Green light

Fresh off a rest day. 6 × 800m at 5k effort — your body asked for speed, you answered.

Tue

Easy

Absorbing yesterday's work. 35 easy minutes; the adaptation happens today, not Monday.

Wed

Caught it

HRV dipped two mornings running. The planned tempo quietly became easy — you never hit the wall you didn't see.

Thu

Green light

Rebound confirmed. Intervals back on the menu — at full power, not at 80% while pretending.

Fri

Rest

Earned, not scheduled. Klivet saw the week's load and called it.

Sat

Long

90 minutes, zone 2, fueling reminders on. The engine gets built here.

Sun

Form ↗

Form up 4 points on the week. Next week's step is already loading.

The coach

It speaks before
your body does.

A real morning transmission, the Klivet way — forward-looking, warm, and honest about the why.

Estimates, not a diagnosis.

Klivet's readiness score, form, training load, run classifications and every session it prescribes are estimates — modelled from heart rate, heart-rate variability, sleep and training history as measured by consumer wearables, which are imperfect instruments. They are not clinical measurements, not a medical opinion, and not a substitute for advice from a doctor or a qualified coach who can actually see you.

You train at your own risk. Klivet suggests; you decide whether to run, how hard, and when to stop. A green verdict is never a reason to override how you feel — how you feel is the better instrument.

Talk to a doctor before you start or change a training programme if you are unwell, in pain, injured, pregnant, recovering from illness or surgery, taking medication that affects your heart rate, or living with a known heart, lung or metabolic condition. Stop exercising and seek medical help if you get chest pain or pressure, faintness or dizziness, severe breathlessness, or an irregular heartbeat.
