Proactive by design
Overreach and fatigue surface in your numbers days before they reach your legs. Klivet moves your week while the fix is still one easy run — not one lost month.
Your legs are the last to know.
The gap
Your feed looks backward. Your training plan can't see you. Somewhere between the two, your body is quietly deciding how Thursday will go.
Your feed
Kudos, splits, history. A rear-view mirror — beautiful, and always one run too late.
Your plan
Orders without reasons, written weeks ago for a body it has never met. It can't see that you slept four hours.
Klivet
Reads your physiology every morning and warns you before your body does. Then it tells you why — in plain language.
Thursday · Today in Klivet
Intervals today
HRV rebounded, sleep on target, load absorbed. Your body is asking for speed — 6 × 800m at 5k effort.
Inside Klivet
Not forty charts. Not a cockpit you need a sports-science degree to fly. Klivet weighs your HRV, sleep and training load into one clear call before you've laced up — decision first, data underneath.
The data was always there.
Nobody was reading it.
Green light, easy day, or hold. One decision, backed by your own numbers — before your first coffee is done.
Overreach shows in your numbers days before it shows in your legs. Klivet flags the drift while it's still cheap to fix.
Your watch labels the run you planned. Klivet classifies the run you actually did — and re-plans around the truth.
Decoupling, form, zone drift — narrated like a coach who knows you, never like a lab report. Ask why, get an answer.

Klivet's readiness score, form, training load, run classifications and every session it prescribes are estimates — modelled from heart rate, heart-rate variability, sleep and training history as measured by consumer wearables, which are imperfect instruments. They are not clinical measurements, not a medical opinion, and not a substitute for advice from a doctor or a qualified coach who can actually see you.
You train at your own risk. Klivet suggests; you decide whether to run, how hard, and when to stop. A green verdict is never a reason to override how you feel — how you feel is the better instrument.
Talk to a doctor before you start or change a training programme if you are unwell, in pain, injured, pregnant, recovering from illness or surgery, taking medication that affects your heart rate, or living with a known heart, lung or metabolic condition. Stop exercising and seek medical help if you get chest pain or pressure, faintness or dizziness, severe breathlessness, or an irregular heartbeat.
